The following is what we were looking for in the log: 2025-12-30 11:18:23.109 | Checking for new symbol settings. Requested symbol settings MD5 for service code scdataallservices. Request ID: 2.
This line is indicating that the main instance has the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data". This is why selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" did not change the symbols. We are somewhat confused at this point, as we were under the impression that the main instance was set to "Rithmic". With it set to "SC Data" you will not be able to trade the Rithmic accounts.
