There are Control Bar and Keyboard Shortcuts for the "Chart Settings" window. Whatever tab you were last on on that page will be what comes up, so if you are bringing up the "Linking" tab often, then most likely it will default to that tab. There are also Control Bar and Keyboard Shortcuts that can be setup to change the current chart's Link Number and Link Settings.
