With regards to the data flow, the issue is that your sub-instances have the wrong symbol. We can see this in one of the images where the symbol is showing as "NQH26-CME". For Rithmic, the symbol should be "NQH6.CME". Make certain that the main instance is set to connect Rithmic and you are logging into your APEX account. Then in each of the sub-instances, please select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" for the symbols to update to the service that is selected in the main instance. Then, ensure that each sub-instance has "Trade >> Trade Simulation On" unchecked. Then in the "Trade Window" for each sub-instance see if you can view all the proper accounts for your Apex connection.
