Most likely this is the "Bid and Ask Lines". Select "Chart >> Show Bid and Ask Lines" to toggle these on/off. Refer to the following: Chart Menu: Show Bid and Ask Lines (Chart menu) If that does not do it, then check if you have the "DOM Graph" on.
