The error you are getting is stating that your setup for the Teton Order Routing has not been completed. Please check with Edge Clear and see if your account is properly setup. If not, then make sure they inform you when it is complete.

If they state everything is setup properly, then have them check to ensure that your Account Name was entered properly. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is what is used to tie your accounts together.
