I am facing issues with the quality of my intraday data falling off. It may not be a data degradation issue, but visually it appears like some kind of degradation. The information becomes more sparse as you move farther back. The candles are completely fine until about December 10th where it suddenly drops off in quality. Here are the images demonstrating the difference. - Issue: [https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766976313707.png](https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766976313707.png) - Normal appearance same chart: [https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766976390268.png](https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1766976390268.png) I have spent most of the day trying to resolve this through your documentation and public materials about properly setting up the data for chart replay. In videos I've seen progress bars indicating the loading of .depth files when they start chart replay. I've tried many times and have not seen that indication. I was having issues getting .depth files to download until I used post #4 from this documentation to resolve that: - Problem with depth data I deleted and redownloaded the data in every way I've seen suggested. I also tried deleting them directly from the directories. I've checked many times to ensure that the chart, symbol, and data settings are in-line and operating within proper permissions on data download. I am adding images of the directories where it seems that there are inconsistencies with the file sizes of the .scid files and .depth files. I'm running SC on Parallels on a Macbook Pro and live in Central America. I don't know what will be relevant, so I'm sharing anything that might help resolve this. I took your recommended steps to fix a time zone discrepancy between Windows in Parallels and SC and tried once again, but it didn't make any difference. I need to resolve this and successfully run chart replays on market depth data. Thank you for the support. |
