Thank you for clarifying. I am glad that it is now clear what I tried to achieve. As I suspected, the current implementation of SC does not have this option to reset the DataColor array once it has been allocated. If you could add a sc.ClearSubgraphDataColorArray(int SubgraphIndex) function that would indeed be helpful.
