Thank you. This is fixed in 2843: When the chart control bar is attached to the bottom of the chart it completely overlaps the minimized window.
I still see this issue in 2843, but it's extremely minor so I will ignore it. Also with the hand tool and moving the chart the y-axis overlaps the MDI title bar.
