There is not a built-in way to have the "emergency" stop that you want place to automatically cancel the attached orders that are part of the main order. The reason for this is that you are creating a completely separate Stop order and if it were part of the attached orders for the main order, would create an imbalance in the quantities, so it must be a completely separate order. The only way to do what you are wanting would be to have a custom study that would monitor the orders and cancel things as you want them.
