We cannot reproduce this and we have no understanding of why an issue like this would even exist. Makes no sense to us at all:
1) I have 3 charts in the chart book that are linked in all aspects (including vertical and horizontal position), now when moving one (hand drag drop within the chart) the other moves but the one I'm moving is frozen and only gets updated once I release the mouse click. Obviously that was working fine before, both the chart I'm moving and the linked one moved in tandem.
Provide us, Chartbook just with those charts and we will test. Maybe it is OpenGL related.

2) When I attach a chart control bar to the right of the chart, the min/res/max buttons disappear, attaching the control bar to the left/bottom/top of the chart is fine.
This will be worked on next week.

We have no control over this at all and this definitively is not going to change:
5) When minimizing to bottom (which works great so far), except that the chart scroll should not be on the foreground covering the title bar and the Min/Res/Cls buttons, the title bar and the Min/Res/Cls should be always on the foreground. Example attached.

You need to resolve this yourself by changing these settings in Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI:
MDI Child Window Minimize Width %: 8
MDI Child Window Minimize Height %: 8

6) The option "> Window > Arrange Minimized Windows" and its control button has been removed, can you please bring that option back? It is very useful for when the minimized windows are not on the screen or moved around, that options puts them back to their place.
Yes, originally we had removed the capability to minimize to the bottom of the MDI window. So we will need to implement this.
