Is this an issue? From what we can tell the Windows operating system does not let you set separate colors for inactive or active for these: Also, the min/res/max/close buttons colors can be changed, however they are static and not one active window and another for inactive window. So just an idea, let their colors be tied to the window/border active/inactive colors for simplicity otherwise adding colors for those buttons separating active and inactive windows would be a solution.
Additional color settings we can do, but just there is an awful lot of development still to do, and at least if you can do what you can with Windows itself, this should be sufficient.
