This problem is definitely not reproducible and we do not know what the issue is in your case: So I tried again v2833 using safe mode (and no openGL). What happens is that every time I tried to attach a detached cart window, Sierra Chart crashes.
If you are using OpenGL, disable OpenGL and see if that resolves the problem.Do not make reference to another user: updated to 2835 and now I get the same behaviour than described by OP.
Restate what the problem exactly is. I was reorganising attached chart windows (tiling as grid vertically then resizing...) and all of my charts in all of the open chartbooks suddenly become hidden.
We do not observe any problem like this. We need to understand exactly what is meant by "hidden". When you go to the CW menu, do you see [Hidden] displayed by each chart?
