Tradeovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart. So you can not use Sierra Chart with them. You are on Package 11, but the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not come with this package. You do need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed (as well as to be able to connect to any data or trading service), but you still need to setup the exchange(s) you want and pay for them. Right now, you are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Keep in mind that in order to get data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Based on what you are stating, you would need to see if the Prop Firms you are wanting to work with offer an option to connect with Rithmic. You can use Sierra Chart with Rithmic, and you can get the data into Sierra Chart from Rithmic. There is just a lack of historical data from Rithmic.
