Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

Please note that I am not receiving real-time market data updates for CBOT symbols despite having Denali Exchange Data Feed activated.

Details:
- Sierra Chart ID: Vinayakumar
- Trading Service: Teton CME Routing
- Clearing Firm: Dorman
- Broker: EdgeClear
- CME Non-Professional status: Confirmed
- Exchange Activated: CBOT with Market Depth (non-professional)
- Auto-renew active
- Account verified until 2026-01-16

EdgeClear and Dorman have confirmed that:
- My trading account is correctly configured
- Teton Order Routing is enabled
- My Sierra Chart ID is linked to the trading account

However, charts (e.g., YMH26-CBOT, YM continuous) are not updating with live data.

Steps already taken:
- Logged out and logged back into Sierra Chart
- Reconnected data feed
- Confirmed agreements are accepted
- Confirmed Denali CBOT Market Depth is active
- Verified only one system is connected

Please verify on your side:
1. That Denali real-time data entitlements for CBOT are correctly applied to my account
2. That there is no entitlement or server-side issue preventing real-time updates
3. If any additional configuration is required in Sierra Chart

Could you please help me to resolve this quickly. Please let me know if you need the Message Log or Trade Service Log.
