What do you mean by "it will not complete the operation"? How long did you wait for this to go away? If you do not want historical market depth data to download, then set the following to "No": Sierra Chart Server Settings: Support Downloading Historical Market Depth Data (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General) Also, check the following setting and see if you have this set very high (default is "10").
