We can not extend the trial, as you have used all the trial time available. To change to a paid package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Also, we are not understanding this statement: GDFL team has said they couldnot initiate trial because GDFL isnt enabled in DTS. From what you show, this is due to being on a Trial. As we stated, you need to be on one of the Integrated packages to be able to connect to data and trading services.
