This should be resolved in 2831: Seems some intermittent problem with the min/res/cls menu options (not displaying) and the min/res/max buttons (not responding to clicks). I only noticed a handful of times when duplicating charts, usually sloution was Window -> Maximize or double click on chart tab. Not a problem for us to resolve: I hate to keep adding things to the list of small problems, but I just notice that control bar tooltips are not working any more in v2830/31.
