Thinking about this more, the patch will make no difference. This is purely an operating system issue. Nothing can be trusted in the OS. We now have to find more workarounds. You say this: "and the chart appears shifted upwards from the bottom edge of the window by approximately the thickness of the title bar." Adjust the height of the title bar in the Sierra Chart Global Graphics Settings and see if you notice that this shift increases, proportional to those height changes when it happens.
