If you are opening a chart in the installation for Edge Clear, and then closing that instance and opening the instance for Apteros and getting the charts as you had them setup for Edge Clear, then this implies that your paths are NOT correct. In particular, you can not have your 'Data' folder setup to be shared between instances of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart is not setup to do this, they need to be separate. So check your path settings for "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Data Files Folder", and make sure these are different folder for each installation. Although not necessary, it is easies to have these as a sub-folder for the actual installation (i.e. if you have Sierra Chart installed to "C:\SierraChart", then the data folder should be "C:\SierraChart\Data"). Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths) Another option is to enable the setting for "Always Use 'Data' Folder Within Main Folder".
