I have noticed a similar graphical bug although this one still persists in version 2822. I have noticed that when I have the chart value/ crosshair tool selected and then move this over the chart window title bar many lines are drawn on the title bar. This only seems to occur after left clicking to get the chart values and then disappears after left clicking again. I am using OpenGL and have tried changing the windows title bar colors and have continued to experience the same thing.
