Those options determine if the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" is included in Trade Window Linking or in Trade Configurations. For example, if you set the option for "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Include in Linking" to "Yes", and you have the Trade Window being linked between charts A and B, then as the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts is changed in the Trade Window for Chart A, it will also change those settings for Chart B. If the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Include in Save Trade Window Configuration" is set to "Yes", then when you save a Trade Configuration, the settings for the Order Allocation will be saved in that Trade Configuration. This way, if you have different allocation setups you want to use, you can easily switch between them by changing your Trade Configuration selection.
