It is hung up when you selected "Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data"? Or the system still hung up after you did the above and then switched the state of "Trade Simulation Mode On"? If the first, then most likely you had a lot of data for simulated data, and it is just taking a long time to delete everything. We suggest waiting to see if the system comes back after it finishes the process.
