Right now, you are only setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the "CBOE Global Indices". You are not setup to get any real-time data from us for the CME Group.

As such, you should be getting real-time data from Rithmic when you are connected to your APEX account. On the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings", do you have the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" Username/Password fields filled in? You need these to get the Rithmic data. Refer to the instructions to connect Sierra Chart to Rithmic:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Note that there is a lack of historical data with Rithmic, so you may not get any historical data. But you should be getting the real-time data when you are connected.

If you are having an issue with this, then we need to know exactly what is occurring. If you are getting an error message, then we need to know exactly what it states.

If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to understand that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you understand the above, then you can setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group by following these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
