Right click on the Price Ladder to bring up the scaling options. You will see 3 items at the very top that state the following: - Interactive Scale Range - Interactive Scale Move - Interactive Scale Locked If the option for "Interactive Scale Locked" is enabled, then select one of the other two, whichever one you want to actually occur when left clicking and dragging the scale (from what you state, it sounds like you want "Interactive Scale Range"). Keep in mind that in order to use the other option ("Interactive Scale Move" for instance when "Interactive Scale Range" is selected), you hold the Control (CTRL) key down while left-clicking and dragging your pointer.
