If you are seeing the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data" and the system is not "locked up", that is you are able to select different charts and menu options, then you simply need to wait for the data to fully download. Depending on how much data you are requesting, this could take awhile. Depending on your Internet connectivity and the amount of data requested, it could be anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. In the end, you need to wait for the process to finish downloading the data. If the system is actually not responsive at all, then this means that the program has locked up for some reason. In this case, you would need to stop the program through the Operating System, and then start again. If you continue to have the same issue, then you would need to not open that chartbook and start a new chartbook and start by loading a smaller amount of data to start with and then build up to what you are wanting, in order to make sure that it is not a data issue of some kind.
