I have the same problem after installing 2814 or 2815. The hand tool suddenly moves the chart instead only the content of the chart. "Support Vertical Scaling/Movement with Hand Tool" is set to Yes. I also see a blue title bar on every chart or DOM when "Show Title Bar" is activated. When I switch back to 2812 everything is normal. So it cannot be an OS issue. The Sierra Screen Image tool does not capture the blue bar. That's why I had to capture this image with an externe screen imager Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-30 10:45:12
