We do not remember exactly when the prices went up, but it has been at least 6 months now, and maybe closer to a year. These price increases come from the CME Group themselves. As User135243 points out, you can save a bit of money if you only need 2 of the 4 exchanges by activating the individual exchange options instead of the "Full CME Group".
