We are not sure exactly what you mean by "jumping". If you have your Chart Scale set to "Automatic" then the chart will adjust as it is moved to keep the visible bars at that time within view. The same is true for other scale types, depending on the particular choice, in that the chart will adjust as it is scrolled back and forth based on the particular setting. What is your "Scale Range" set to?
