In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

When you filled out your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" you did not enter anything for the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number". This information must be entered for your live, funded, futures trading account or you can not be classified as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter your brokerage name.

You can redo the agreements at the following link:

Separately, you are currently on the "Base Advanced" package, which does not allow for connectivity to data and trading services. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages to make this connection, which includes the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

To change your package, follow these instructions:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
