Been noticing a few things that I'd like clarity on. The first is that I recently started using the feature that copies chart drawings from one chart to another. So, on the daily, I will draw a trendline and it will appear on the 4H chart. (FYI this is on ES chart, continuous contract volume based rollover back-adjusted). However, the lines that I draw on the daily are in a slightly different location on the 4H. This of course gives me levels which are about 8-10 pts off, more or less. This doesn't happen on the lower timeframes, when I copy from the 15min to the 5min.

Refer to the following and the section below it:
Lines/Rays or Other Chart Drawings Move After Drawing Them: How Chart Drawings Are Mapped Between Bars with Different Starting Date-Times

The other thing I am noticing is that in session, my chart is moving. The historical candlesticks are up and down as price moves, small wiggles. This happens to trendlines and such too, with them moving up and down a tick as price moves.

It sounds like you may be using a "Constant Range" scale with one of the options of "Reset to the Last Bar..." set. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Constant Range (Scale Range)

The easiest solution is to set the scale to Automatic to start with, then see if another scale may work better for what you want.
