From what you show in your image, the Replay is running. It may be that at that moment, there was no specific data to display, and if you have not selected the option for "Skip Empty Periods", then the system will continue to run at the same rate, even if there is no data. In other words, 5 minutes of empty data will cause the replay to run and not display anything for that 5 minute period. As to the "Use Start Date-Time", you need to have the data already existing in the chart for the time you specified. It looks like this is the case, but again we wonder if there was no data at the time of 02:00:00 in that chart. Or perhaps the chart Session Times do not include that time.
