My current SPX data is off by about 5pts, meaning the open, high, low and current price displayed on a chart are 5pts higher than they actually are. I'm not exactly sure why this would happen, I assume the issue is based off the data feed, but I believe I'm using the Denali Exchange Data. I have SP11. I thought at first having delayed equity data would cause the SPX calculation to be off but would not explain the discrepancy in price. The ticker I'm using is SPX500. The other recommended SPX ticker (SPX_CGI) does not load a chart. Steps taken: - deleted + downloaded data from chart - disconnected + reconnected to data feed I posted a chart below with the only study being the high + low of today's session (11/18) as a reference point. Times are PST. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1763486424393.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-18 17:34:34
