Originally I was trying to run the same installation and it wouldn't connect therefor none of the charts were loaded so I obviously made a poor assumption and thought it wouldn't run either. The apple tech I think tried reinstalling Sierra Chart which erased everything. I am lucky that I shared my chartbook with a friend over a year ago so not all is lost and I'm working through this now but it would be nice to understand why this stopped working in the first place as I prefer the look of X64 over the ARM version. In the end if the buy and sell button works I can figure out the rest. Similar to Seamus I was able to recover everything after the update once. Then it froze again as did I.
