I have had the exact same issues and still can not get the 64bit version to work but have managed to get the ARM version to work. I have lost all my settings in changing over to the ARM version. I took it to Apple thinking it was my 2023 Macbook Pro however they were not able to find any issues. The tech was very knowledgeable in parallels and not supposed to help in non Mac items but took nearly an hour to help in solving this problem. I wish I had seen this post prior to him erasing the previous version of Sierra Chart. I almost bought a new computer over this issue. Is there any advantage to running 64bit vs ARM? I have seen in previous posts where it was suggested to run the 64bit if possible. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
