The "Date Range in File From" for that chart is showing as "2025-11-05". So you only have data downloaded from November 5, 2025 for some reason.

Change that date (Date Range in File From) to the date at which you want the data, then select "OK" to close that window. You will be prompted to download data going back to when you specified.

If the data service you are getting the data from has the data, then it will be downloaded. But you may be limited by what they have.

We can not say why this would have changed all of a sudden. The implication is that a "Delete All Data and Download" occurred and you were only able to get data back to November 5, 2025. Which would probably mean that you not be able to get any data further back than that.

Also, we do not know anything about these contracts on the Brazil exchange, so is it possible that there is no data further back than this?
