If you use the "File >> Save Log As" option, then the dates/times will stay as they show in the Trade Activity Log. If you use the "File >> Export" option, then the dates/times are changed to be in the UTC time zone. This makes it so that data can be reimported into the system and the dates/times correctly dealt with.
