We are still not understanding what you are doing. Your images show quantities of 1 in each case. You do not have a quantity of 2.

It sounds like you are placing two different orders each with a quantity of 1. This would mean that you should have a Stop and Target for each entry order. From what you show, these orders are being placed as Limit orders initially, so they are not actually filled immediately (i.e. they are not market orders). If this is the case, then what is occurring is that the first order is filled and open, but it sounds like the second limit order is not hit yet.

Again, you need to have separate attached orders in this case. And you need to determine if you want to use the "Scale In" and "Scale Out" options. Refer to the following and the section below it:
