The following statement is not correct: After all the data up to current moment has been downloaded from Denali, IB will take over and do the streaming.
You are either using Interactive Brokers data (or whatever service you are connected to) or you are getting the Denali data. There is no combination of the data. We did do this (historical data from us, real-time data from the service) at one point, but we stopped it several years ago.
