I uploaded a picture of an RTY tape, Red is Ask and White is Bid. The top line at 12:15:57, price is 2433.5 for a volume of 1 The Second line from the top at 12:15:57, price is 2433.4 for a volume of 2 IF the bid and offer were hit with the 150ms update window for the same combining parameters they both should update however I'm noticing ONLY the top line updates NOT both. I've watched thousands and thousands and thousands of hours of tape and watching Sierra Charts tape I notice only your top line updates. I've tried all three of your combining options, it is the same with all of them. Only the top line is updated. Also tried different refresh rates for the tape and it doesn't matter only the top line updates. However, if the bid and ask are executed again within the same combining parameters they should refresh and you would see both the bid and ask ADD. Currently, you only see the top line add. As an extra question, is there a way to remove space from between the lines or is that set? I usually like a tighter tape to stare at.
