There is not a specific built-in method to do this. And any other option is not perfect, they all have ways around them, such as creating a Custom Study, as you can always delete the study. Keep in mind that if you use the Spreadsheet System for Trading, or one of the built-in trading studies (such as the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition") then those have the ability to set times between which you can trade and outside of which you can not.
