The best option would be CQG. After that, we would recommend Interactive Brokers. As a last choice, there is Rithmic. So you would need to find a broker that supports CQG for the exchanges you are wanting. If you are already using Teton, then many of these brokers also have support for CQG, so you can either have a separate account for CQG, so you have both Teton and CQG, or you can switch completely to CQG. The same is true for Rithmic. Interactive Brokers has their own order routing, so you would use them completely for whatever exchanges you want - meaning there is no Teton Order Routing service available through them.
