Two things with regards to "Value on High": - The High is going to be the High of the "Based On" study. You have this set to "Volume", for which there is no high, so there is no place to put this. - Since you are wanting this to be displayed on the high, you need to have the region set to the region of the Main Price Graph (or whatever study this is "Based On").
