What specific windows did not reset, and what reset option did you use (there are two, one under Chart for Chart Child Windows and one under Windows for top-level windows). If the Tabs are not showing, and none of the charts are showing, then select the "CW" menu and see if any charts are listed in there. If so, then select one from there and see if it will come up. We wonder if the charts are just temporarily hidden, which we do see happen occasionally for no particular reason. Also, you can do an Internet Search for "move windows off screen" and you will find plenty of posts about how to get a window back that is off-screen.
