What cell are you entering your formula into? Is this a Spreadsheet Study or a regular spreadsheet (started with File >> New Spreadsheet)? We do wonder if this might be an order of operations issue. You are subtracting numbers that are multiplied together. The multiplication will occur first, then the subtraction. So if BK3 is zero, then you will always get the same result (T3).
