You have Non-Professional exchanges active for the CME Group, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in a few months. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2025-07-03" (July 3, 2025). Therefore, you are not able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed until you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you filled out your exchange agreements in 2023, you indicated you had an account at AMP. If you still have this account, then you need to connect to it to update your "Verified Until" date. When you connect the date changes to 30 days in the future. It must be in the future for you to get the real-time data for the CME Group.
