We assume you are correcting for the time difference when comparing the data. The "Write Bar and Study Data" is going to have the times as they are shown in the chart that the study is applied to. Apart from the time zone, not having the same signals at the same bars would probably be about the setup for the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" or the Chart Settings, or the data itself (are you both using the same data?). There is most likely something different that causes the difference. In terms of the "old format" we would like to see the chart that they have setup.
