Hi John: A new but similar anomalous issue has appeared in the past 2 days. Firstly, in troubleshooting, I updated to the latest version. Also tried on other charts with the same results. I've searched the forum. I've loaded backup chartbooks. I have different versions of this study saved under the "Analysis" tab. All of them behave the same way. The symbol is correct & matches the server side info. The dates are within expiration for the study. It started when the Trading Levels did not appear on a chart that is a 'go to' chart for visualizing the Trading Levels. Prior to this, it was only the one type of draw style that would unexpectedly reset. But at least it reverted to 'line'. Now (see attached), they all go to "ignore". Look forward to your thoughts. I am bothered that no one else seems to have experienced this the past few days. But I can't work out what is wrong on my end. Thank you, Ben |
