Suppose I have a Write bar and study data to file whick is named "XYZ.CSV" and I have changed the settings / names of the subgrahs of some of the studies, does the existing csv file need to be deleted before I can expect to see new row headers etc ?

The headers will change if you change the name of a subgraph. We think this is due to a full recalculation call, but we do not know for sure. We did test, and the headers changed with a change in the name.

hoping this will fix it, trying to share a chartbook with a friend but when his files are saving (using my chartbook) the old format XYZ.CSV is popping up versus what should be a different one. I can tell because when I open it the headers resemble the naming conventions of the old subgraph names for ex.

We do not understand why this would be the case. Double check the "Short Names" of the subgraphs and make sure they are set as you expect them to be. The headers in the Write Bar and Study Data to File should reflect those Short Names (if they exist).
