To start with. You have the following exchanges activated with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book So you have non-professional exchanges active, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you filled out your agreements in 2023, you listed an account at AMP. If you still have this account, then you need to connect to it at least once a month to verify your non-professional standing. When you make this connection, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. Right now, this date is showing as "July 3, 2025". Along with general connectivity issues with Rithmic. We recommend trying a different server to see if you can get better connectivity. Also, once you are able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then we recommend removing the "Username/Password" entries on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for the Rithmic data. -- And finally, you do not need both the of these exchanges: - CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts If you need Market Depth, then keep that one active and deactivate the other one. Or vice versa. But you do not need both, so be sure to deactivate whichever one you do not need as soon as possible so you are not charged again for it next month.
