When connecting Sierra Chart to Rithmic, you can NOT have another connection to that same account/login.

So if you were connected to the same account/login with Trader Pro as well as Sierra Chart, then one of the connections would be disconnected, most likely the Sierra Chart connection. This would explain why you were not able to get a response from Rithmic for those orders.
